This year’s Midwinter Education Session will be held January 26 thru 30, 2015.  Classes will be held from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Red Hill Baptist Church.   These courses are being offered at no charge to you.  Take advantage of these learning opportunities that are provided for you. Remember Hosea 4:6 tells us that “My people perish from the lack of knowledge. “  Many people are robbed of blessings that the Bible tells us are ours in Christ Jesus. But because we don’t know about them, we never truly live in them. The Bible says in Acts 19: 20 (KJV) “So mighty grew the word of God that it prevailed.” God’s word is an over-coming word. When we get to know more of God’s word and His power we overcome whatever is thrown at us. Because we know that God’s word will prevail, it will overcome.

Please select 1 (one) of the courses below.

**300 “The Doctrine of God

Course Description:  The study of God allows the student to look at God, of who God really is, the “First Person of the Trinity,” as the Creator and the Father of mankind. It allows a further look at the Creator as One who sustains us through His omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence.  It further allows the student to look at God as the Incarnate Word and Redeemer of mankind through Jesus the Christ.  As a result of this study, the student should become more deeply rooted in the true and living God.

A Spiritual Connection: Spiritual Leaders Working Together

Course Description:  The goal of the church is to have a unified team working together to advance the Kingdom of God.  This course will examine the role of leaders, in particular Deacons and Trustees, in the church as it pertains to being a unified team with the mind of Christ.  Hopefully it will refresh and encourage leaders in areas where their commitment may have lessened, inspire them where they feel unequipped to respond to the areas God has called them to serve and to refocus in the ministry they have been called to lead.

** The course meets State Certification requirements. You may take for certification if you wish. To ensure that we are able to provide adequate space and personnel, it is imperative that you pre-register. Deadline is January 3, 2015
