The Missionary Ministry serves as the home basis for missionaries of partnering churches. We coordinate our efforts at the Association level to reach and serve more individuals in surrounding areas, communities, and cities. We support foreign missions in their time of need.<\/p>\n

Ministry Goals<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

We want to strengthen our financial contributions. We will continue to encourage all Missionary Ministries within the Association to work together as one cohesive unity of servants:\u00a0 Our logo is \u201cTEAM\u201d T-Togetherness, Each President, A-Achieve one goal, and M-Motivation as a top priority. By doing this, we show our love and gratefulness to God by going out shaking the bushes: doing missionary work in the community and surrounding areas. Foreign Mission Support<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Wateree Baptist Association Upper Division (WBAUD) identify each year foreign mission projects to support. There are annual fundraising events to raise funds to send as financial support: Rainbow Tea held the fourth (4th<\/sup>) Saturday of April and the World Day of Prayer held the first (1st<\/sup>) Monday in November. <\/span><\/p>\n

Teen Mother\u2019s Project (Click here to read the quarterly report.)<\/a>\u00a0Kampala, Uganda; and Foreign Mission identified by the E&M Convention (<\/span>http:\/\/bemsc.org\/<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/a>). For 2016, the Association sent $500 to the Teen Mothers Project which is equivalent to $1,600 in Ugandan currency<\/span><\/p>\n
